c. Generated Content Sharing: Studysnap allows you to create and share AI-generated study materials. You are solely responsible for the materials you share and agree not to include personal or sensitive information. Shared content is accessible to anyone with the link.

Intellectual Property Rights

a. Ownership of Content: Studysnap and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Studysnap and its licensors.

b. License to Use: Studysnap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes as outlined in these Terms.

c. User-Generated Content: By sharing or uploading content in the App, you grant Studysnap a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studysnap, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
